Thanks for shopping at Woke Coffee Roasters.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns

If your purchase were damage during shipment or wrong item received, you can send it back to us.

  • Returns must be made within 7 days from date you received your products.

  • Damage items must be returned together with original box and receipt, in an original condition.

  • Item bought during promotional events (e.g. Merdeka Sale) are not accepted for return and exchange.

  • Missing item during delivery, please contact us at hello@wokecoffee.club. Our staff will assist you further on the matter.

  • Late delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances ( i.e Natural disaster, COVID out break ) or peak season are not accepted for return and exchange.  


Refunds

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, you can choose either for a full refund to your Woke Coffee Roasters Account or to exchange to a same price item.


How can I return my purchase?

Please email your inquiry to hello@wokecoffee.club with subject “Return Item”. We will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed.

To make the process run smoothly and faster, do email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) to best describe the matter & condition.


How long will it take?

Please allow a minimum of 1-3 working days from the date we receive your return package to you.

 

How about postage charges?

Customer would have to bear the postage fee shipped back during the return process.
